The Ministry of Postal Telecommunications and Technology, is working to establish institutions that implement its mandate. The first such institutions is the National Communications Authority (NCA), which has been established by the Communications Law 2017 with the mandate of regulating the communications sector.
MPTT will also establish the capacities of other institutions, including the National Telecommunications Institute, which is mandated to develop the ICT skills.
In addition, MPTT is establishing an effective Postal Service organization that has the capacity to develop the logistics infrastructure of the country that has been destroyed in the civil war.
